From My Orders, open a delivered order and use Return or Replace when available. Eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Customized furniture is generally not eligible for return unless there is verified manufacturing defect or transit damage. See the full policy for details.
