Product Return Policy
Eligible products purchased from Ezwoods may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of successful delivery, subject to the following:
- The product must be unused or in good condition
- Return with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
- No customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Submit the return request within 7 days of delivery
- Approval is granted after inspection
Product Replacement Policy
Replacement may be offered within 7 days if you received the wrong product, the product was damaged in transit, there is a manufacturing defect, or parts are missing. Replacements are subject to stock availability; otherwise a refund or suitable resolution may be provided.
Products Not Eligible
- Customized furniture
- Customer-damaged products
- Products with unauthorized modifications
- Returns missing original packaging or accessories
- Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery
Custom Furniture Orders
Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours or once production has started, cancellation is not permitted. Custom furniture is non-refundable except for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage. Refusing delivery does not qualify for a refund.
Interior Services Refund Policy
- Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund
- Later cancellations may incur charges
- Full refund if the first contractor visit cannot be arranged within 3 days (excluding customer delays or force majeure)
- After work starts, refunds depend on work completed
- No full refund for stopping a project midway
Consultant Booking
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit for a refund. Once a consultant is assigned or the visit has started, the fee may be non-refundable.
Installation Services
Customers must keep the installation site ready. Customer-caused delays may require rescheduling. Installation charges are non-refundable once completed.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank.
Return Inspection
All returns are inspected. Ineligible returns may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Fraud Prevention
Ezwoods may refuse requests involving suspected fraud, misuse, or false claims.
Force Majeure
Refunds, replacements, or delivery timelines may be affected by natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
