Ezwoods provides online sale of furniture and home-related products, interior design and execution services, custom furniture and customization services, and home consultation services.

By placing an order or booking a service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the website under the supervision of a legal guardian
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

Product images are for representation only. Minor differences in color, texture, wood grain, finish, and dimensions may occur due to lighting, screen settings, natural materials, and manufacturing tolerances.

Ezwoods currently accepts online payments only. Orders are confirmed after successful payment. Ezwoods may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or technical issues, with a full refund.

Installation is available for eligible products if selected and paid. Scheduling depends on delivery and availability. Customers must provide safe access.

Eligible products may be returned or replaced within 7 days subject to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Customized products are not eligible unless damaged or defective.

A design proposal is provided before work begins. A contractor is arranged after payment. If no contractor visit occurs within 3 days (excluding customer delays or force majeure), the customer may request a full refund. Timelines depend on project scope.

Full refund within 24 hours of booking. Later cancellations may incur charges. Once work starts, charges apply based on completed work.

Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only. No refund after production starts. Refusing delivery does not qualify for a refund.

A consultation fee may apply. Visits are arranged within 24 hours subject to availability.

Provide accurate details, cooperate during delivery and installation, ensure site readiness, and make payments as agreed.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It excludes normal wear, water, fire, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, and third-party damage.

Ezwoods is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Ezwoods is not responsible for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.

Terms may be modified at any time and become effective upon publication.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to competent courts in India.
